Production Overview:

Printify, our print-on-demand (POD) provider, works by partnering with dozens of third-party print providers located around the world. When an order is placed, it’s routed to one of these providers, who handles printing, quality control, packing, and shipping. This decentralized production model allows creators to choose from various production partners based on location, product type, pricing, and turnaround times. Printify emphasizes flexibility, letting users pick providers that best match their needs for quality, speed, or cost.

Dual Printing Techniques

Sleeve prints (for the Print Clever and Underground Threads) and inner neck labels are printed Direct To Film (DTF) printing, ensuring crisp, detailed designs. Meanwhile, the remaining print areas are produced with Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing.

  • The production time for an order depends on various factors, including the time of year, product availability, and order size. In general, most orders are shipped within 2-7 business days after the order is submitted.

    However, it’s important to note that the fulfillment timeframe may vary for each order. You can find an estimated ship-by date for each order in your Orders tab.

  • Once an order has been submitted to production, you’ll be able to see a ship-by date estimate in your Orders tab (based on orders shipped in the past 14 days). In order details , you can find the delivery date estimate.

    These dates are estimates; it is not guaranteed that the order will ship or be delivered by those dates.

  • Occasionally, the order fulfillment may take longer than initially expected. This may be caused by one of the following:

    • The garment is out of stock and needs to be ordered from the supplier (if the delay is just a few days, the Print Providers do not necessarily inform us).

    • The product did not pass the post-production quality check and needs to be reprinted to ensure a high-quality standard.

    • The order contains 12 or more items.

    However, if your order hasn’t been updated or shipped within 7 business days, please get in touch with our Support Team for a status update.

  • Unfortunately, the production time (fulfillment) cannot be expedited. If you’re shipping within the US, you have the option to choose our Printify Express Delivery service. This service expedites both production and delivery times, aiming to deliver orders within two business days.

    Alternatively, if Express Delivery doesn’t suit your needs, you may want to consider upgrading the shipping method to Priority Shipping (if offered by the chosen Print Provider) to speed up the delivery time.

    If you (or the customer) choose Priority Shipping, the standard production time (2-7 business days) will still apply.
